A.A.B. DIRECT is a division of A.A.B. SERVICES, INC., located at 348 Willis Ave., Mineola, N.Y. 11501. The division was formed several years ago to differentiate Truck and Heavy Equipment appraisal business from the auto business that we have. This division is dedicated to provide the finest damage appraisal service available in our market area and our clients think we have succeeded in this goal.
The firm is owned by A.A.B. SERVICES, INC, which is wholly owned by Louis “Butch” Pope, Junior who has been running the company for almost 40 years. Mr. Pope is married with two children and is a licensed adjuster in the State Of New York as well as a Licensed Private Investigator.
Our Heavy Equipment Division is managed on a daily basis by Mr. Pope and Mr. Joseph J. Minnella, who functions as our Company liaison and production manager. He is a Vice President in our Corp. and has 25 years in the Insurance business with positions with Atlantic Mutual Insurance Co., Crum & Forster Insurance as Assistant Vice President in charge of Auto Material Damage. Mr. Minnella has vast experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Claims both in personal and commercial lines. He is also a qualified field appraiser capable of handling claims from the automobile to property.
