We guarantee 72 hour cycle time on all located vehicles from the date of inspection or there is there is a reduction in our fee to our clients unless extenuating circumstances exist. We further promise to make every effort to inspect all vehicles received by 10:00 the same day if vehicle is located.
Our office produces a high quality product with quality control measures second to none. Every claim is reviewed by a supervisor and every line item is checked for accuracy and compliance.
Our Office is the only firm to our knowledge to utilize the forensic polygraph on our field personnel to assure our clients of the highest of integrity. This bold action has been taken by no one else in the industry that we know of.
We are specialists in the lines mentioned and you will get a seasoned truck or equipment damage appraiser with many years of experience in his or her area of expertise. All our appraisers our licensed in their respective states as well as bonded and protected by professional liability and Errors and Omissions policies that exceed two million dollars. Our automobiles carry high limits as well to protect our clients from injury. Our Heavy Equipment appraisers are ASE Certified and USPAP Certified with a minimum 10 years experience.
